"Best experience ever! I'm originally from Roanoke, VA, and I typically avoid eating at Chipotle because of some disappointing experiences I've had there in the past. However, while I was on a trip with a group of teenagers after returning from a day in Washington, DC, we decided to give Chipotle another chance. "Chipotle is the king of create-your-own Mexican dishes. You can add your favorite protein to tacos, burritos, salad and bowls and then pack on the toppings to make it just how you like it. The lines are often long but it moves fast."

"I dont think it's as bad as the reviews make it seem. keep in mind that some people probably only write reviews (especially fast food) when they have a bad experience. I've been here 15+ times since I love chipotle. of course, it's hit or miss and it all depends on the employees working that day. ive had orders with issues and ones without. some days the bowls are nicely packed to the brim while other days its like half the bowl. 85% of the time my order is correct, but a few times my order is missing ingredients and I go back if I have time. they will usually make you a fresh new bowl and sometimes let you keep the wrong bowl. overall, no problems! good old normal chipotle."
